Pastor Molade Adeniyi serves as the CEO of WAVE, an organization committed to levelling the playing field for young people, empowering them with skills and opportunities to realize their dreams. In her role, She sets business goals, shapes strategy, and steers the direction, ensuring continuous impact, sustainable growth, and value generation.
